EMINEM A GENTLEMAN AFTER MINOR CAR CRASH

EMINEM was the perfect gentleman when he rear-ended a female motorist in his native Michigan last week (ends06APR07), swapping insurance information and sending the other driver on her way with a hug. The rapper reportedly drove his $200,000 (GBP102,500) Mercedes into the woman's Dodge Intrepid vehicle and was full of remorse as he exchanged details. The pair was spotted laughing as they checked the damage done in the crash, and Eminem, real name MARSHALL MATHERS, hugged the lady before they both went on their way.

Eminem’s Working Overtime

After deciding to overturn his decision to call it quits, Eminem has been rumored to be back in the studio, working on two big projects due out this year.

It has been announced that D12 will be releasing their third (and possibly final… which has been disputed) album in June.

“Much of the delay was due to the death of D12 member, Proof in 2006. Eminem has a tattoo which reads ‘Proof’, the nickname for his best friend DeShaun Dupree Holton, tragically shot and killed in April 2006. Proof was also the founding member of the collective group, based on Eminem’s record label,” according to Tranzfusion.

The new disc is titled ‘Natural Born Killers’, and is “set to feature guest appearances by Obie Trice, Nate Dogg, 50 Cent, Dina Rae, Three 6 Mafia, Fat Killahz, and Big Herk as well as production from Eminem, Dr. Dre, Timbaland, Kanye West, Hi-Tek, Swizz Beatz, and J.R. Rotem.”

The first single will be out in April and it is “a tongued in cheek dig at fans who have reacted negatively to recent releases by D12 and Eminem.”

And if D12’s album is not enough, fans will be pleased to hear that Eminem is reportedly coming out with a new, so-far-untitled disc, expected to be released in November.

Akon, who teamed up with the STAN star on hit song SMACK THAT, says the couple may have their differences but can't live without each other. He says, "Eminem still loves Kim. They have one of those relationships where they are off one minute and back together the next. "He can't live with her, and he can't live without her. But they are meant for each other. EMINEM UPSETS HEFNER'S LOVER

EMINEM has apologised to one of HUGH HEFNER's fulltime girlfriends after they fell out over a badly received prank. The rapper borrowed KENDRA WILKERSON to play his love interest in a new music video for SMACK THAT ASS but was accused of acting "disrespectfully" when a joke went wrong. Wilkerson's agent JONATHAN BARAM tells Page Six, "Eminem came out of his trailer and threw water on her and was really disrespectful. "He flipped out on her. She's a tough girl. She didn't take it, and they went at it - not physically but verbally. "Now that I think about it, he was probably just playing a joke. I don't want there to be any controversy between me and Eminem." Eminem is since reported to have made amends by sending a blooming bouquet to the Playboy mansion.

Rapper seeks escape from Eminem's shadow

Rapper Obie Trice hopes his new album will show the world he's more than just a protege of fellow Detroiter Eminem.

He's done a lot for me, says Trice, who's just released his second album, Second Round's on Me, on Eminem's Shady Records label. "He opened a lot of doors for me and I greatly appreciate him for the music he brought me. I'm also a fan.

But I don't like to be called his protege because way before I even met Eminem I've been developing myself as an artist. He opened a door for me and gave me the key and let me walk in.

Eminem is still an active participant on Second Round's... He executive produced the album, produced eight of the tracks and performs on one, There They Go.

Other guests on the album include 50 Cent, Akon, Nate Dogg and Trey Songz.

Eminem + Nike = Auction

Rapper Eminem has teamed up with Nike to create a limited edition run of the company's Air Max series shoe.

The effort will go towards raising money for the lyricist's Marshall Mathers Foundation and ninemillion.org.

Eminem will design limited-edition uppers of eight different shoes in the series, from the Air Max '87 to Air Max 360. Sixty-four pairs of shoes will be produced before being numbered and autographed by the rapper and auctioned off over a four-week period at Nike stores and on eBay, beginning Aug. 31.

"If you told me ten years ago that I'd be designing this whole series of Air Max's, I never would have believed it," Eminem said. "It's one of the hottest lines that Nike ever produced, so I'm honored to make my own contribution. My only problem was figuring out how to make the shoes different from stuff they've already done: Nike always has the dopest color combos."

Led by the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR), with founding partners Nike and Microsoft, Ninemillion.org is a global campaign designed to raise awareness and funds to bring education and sport programs to the world's refugee youth.

The Marshall Mathers Foundation is a non-profit corporation set up to provide funds for organizations working with troubled youth in southeast Michigan.

"We're always looking for new ways to try to raise money and awareness for the foundation, so when Nike approached us we jumped at the chance," stated Eminem, who was further drawn into the project after looking at the information on ninemillion.org. "It made even more sense. Who wouldn't want to design their own line of Nikes? And to do it for charity makes it that much better."

The Aug. 31 auction will take place in conjunction with an event at NikeTown London. One pair of the Max 1 and the Max 90 will be offered at the event and later posted for auction on eBay. All eBay auctions will be 00:00 hours on the scheduled days and run for seven days. It concludes at 23:59 hours the following Monday.

Proceeds will be split equally between the foundation and ninemillion.org.

Nelly Furtado & Eminem???

Nelly Furtado has spoken about her admiration for rapper Eminem, and declared that she would jump at the chance to collaborate with him on a track.

The singer's latest album has an obvious hip-hop influence, but the 'Promiscuous' star has revealed that working with producer Timbaland has not satisfied her desire to collaborate.

She told Contactmusic: "I would like to work with Eminem. He's such a vocalist, he's so diverse and has so much finesse. I would love to be around that and see how it works."

Eminem Helps Kids With Cancer

Eminem lent his support to the non-profit organization Caps for Kids, donating signed baseball caps tabbed for child cancer victims.

Teen Hollywood said that the 33-year-old singer donated the hats after the organization approached him with a request to help provide support for children who have lost their hair due to the debilitating disease.

Legendary skateboarder Tony Hawk and actors Vin Diesel, Julia Roberts, Al Pacino and Brad Pitt joined the "8 Mile" star, whose real name is Marshall Bruce Mathers III, in supporting Caps for Kids.
